As part of our ongoing expansion, we’re looking for a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our Warrington-based office team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of our operations and supporting our continued commitment to excellence in care.
About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of our team — ensuring that daily office operations run efficiently and that our support teams can focus on delivering exceptional care. You’ll provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support, helping to maintain the quality and compliance standards that define Balance Care.
* Managing and maintaining office systems, records, and databases.
* Handling correspondence, phone calls, and general enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
* Supporting HR and recruitment processes, including document checks and onboarding new staff.
* Assisting with rota management and coordination of care staff schedules.
* Preparing reports, documentation, and internal communications.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential information in line with GDPR and company policy.
* Liaising with service managers and support teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows.
* Providing general administrative assistance to senior management and other departments as needed.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
* A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Experienced in an administrative or office-based role (experience within the care sector is desirable but not essential).

Location: Warrington, Cheshire
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience
