We're looking for an experienced Paraplanner who wants to play a central role in shaping a growing financial planning business - not just writing reports, but influencing investment strategy, improving systems, and working directly with clients.

About Us
We may only be 6 months into our journey, but we already have £100m+ assets under management and a diverse client base ranging from £50k to £25m. We're now focused on building the right infrastructure - people, processes, and investment proposition - to support long-term success. And that's where you come in.
The Role
Yes, you'll produce high-quality suitability reports. But that's just the starting point.
You’ll also:
* Take ownership of researching investments and creating a watchlist of opportunities
* Play a key role in shaping our future investment proposition
* Vet BDMs and analyse products, determining what's truly worth recommending to clients
* Work closely with advisers and meet clients directly
* Help design, improve, and evolve business systems and processes
* Contribute ideas to drive efficiency, innovation, and better client outcomes
What We're Looking For
* Proven paraplanning experience (essential)
* Level 4 Diploma (preferred) or working towards with relevant experience
* A commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and contribute
* Strong research skills and the ability to think outside the box
* A desire to be part of building something, not just maintaining it
