Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or hotel environments, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. As a Housekeeping supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and comfortable for all guests.
Duties
* Perform cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, to follow cleaning schedule
* Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain an appealing environment
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition, ensuring they are stocked as needed.
* Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of guests and staff.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures.
* Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
