ITP is partnering with a top 5 US toy company to hire a Senior National Account Manager. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of key discounter accounts -driving sales growth, and long-term partnerships with some of the fastest-moving retailers in the UK.
What you’ll do:
* Take full responsibility for major UK discounter accounts, including B&M and Home Bargains
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and profitability
* Lead product launches, seasonal promotions, and merchandising initiatives
* Forecast sales, manage stock levels, and support supply chain efficiency
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and licensing teams to align on campaigns and ranges
* Manage promotional budgets to maximise ROI
* Represent the company at trade events and retail meetings
* Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
About you:
* Proven National / Senior National Account Manager experience in toys, gifting, or licensed consumer goods
* Strong experience managing discounter or high-volume retail accounts
* Commercially savvy with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of the UK retail landscape and fast-moving toy/licensed categories
* Team player with a collaborative, proactive mindset
