About the role
* Contract: Fixed-term 13 months
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
* Work arrangement: Hybrid working
* Salary: Up to £25.5k plus commission
What you'll be doing
* Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews to maximize candidate availability and quality.
* Sales/Business Development: Following up leads through cold calling, emails, and in-person visits.
* Relationship Building: Developing long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
* Conducting Sales Meetings: Meeting clients to showcase services and discuss their needs.
* Matching: Aligning candidates’ skills with roles.
* Advertising: Posting jobs on various boards and portals.
* Candidate Attraction: Using sourcing methods like LinkedIn and job boards.
* Candidate Care: Maintaining contact with candidates.
* Audit: Ensuring all compliance information is maintained.
* Communication: Handling queries via phone and email.

No recruitment experience is necessary. We seek someone with grit, determination, confidence in phone and face-to-face interactions, and a proactive approach to bringing in new clients and securing roles. Our training will support your success.
