We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing inclusive support to all pupils, including those with additional learning needs, ensuring all children have equal access to education and opportunities for success. The role will involve working with children across all key stages and the ARP provision.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with class teachers and teaching assistants to contribute to the delivery and evaluation of the learning process for all pupils, including those with additional needs
* Provide one to one and small group interventions to help pupils overcome learning barriers and achieve academic progress
* Assist in the creation and adaptation of learning materials to suit pupils’ individual needs
* Foster a supportive and inclusive environment throughout school where all pupils feel valued and respected
* Select, prepare and clear away classroom materials and learning areas, ensuring they are available for use, including developing and presenting displays
* Undertake break and lunch supervision as required
* Participate in before and after school clubs as required
* Be proactive in completing all CPD and responsibilities to complete academic aspects of an apprenticeship

* A passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting well-being and academic development
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong and supportive relationships with children, families and staff
* Demonstrate patience, empathy and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges
* A resilient, proactive and positive nature
* High levels of enthusiasm, energy and positivity when working with pupils
* A willingness to undertake further qualifications or training within education, childcare or working with additional needs
