About the Role
Teach a full primary curriculum to pupils in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Use effective assessment strategies to track progress and support pupil development
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership teams
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
Uphold school policies, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management
Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to high-quality teaching
Is reflective, organised, and dedicated to continuous improvement
Has experience teaching across KS1 and/or KS2
Is passionate about supporting the academic and personal development of children
