We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join a friendly and supportive internal IT team. This is a user-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for all internal IT queries. A helpful, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills are key, as most support is provided in person or over the phone.
While experience in a similar role is ideal, we are also open to considering individuals with a solid technical foundation, a genuine interest in IT, and the ambition to develop a career in support and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st line support to internal users across the organisation
Log, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues or escalate where appropriate
Liaise with external IT partners as needed
Support the wider IT team on ongoing projects (e.g., hardware rollouts, software upgrades, office moves)
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks across various platforms and systems
Technologies Youll Work With:
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
Windows 11
Autopilot & Intune
Active Directory
Email filtering platforms (e.g., Barracuda)
VoIP systems (e.g., 3CX)
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A friendly, professional manner with a can-do attitude
Strong problem-solving abilities
Must hold a driving licence
