What will you do?
* Manage sales and enquiries for external client events and all non-matchday business, and proactively engage with both new and previous clients to encourage innovative events and discover other possible opportunities
* Conduct venue show-rounds to ensure accurate and best representation of our facilities and offerings, guiding clients to maximise sales conversion and ensure a successful event
* Ensure event information is detailed accurately to maximise sales opportunity and revenue, proactively up-selling food, beverages, and other items, exceeding sales targets while supporting excellent guest experiences
* Attend weekly team meetings to discuss pipeline and activity, contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan
* Produce accurate and timely contracts and pre-payment invoices
