11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs working collaboratively towards one goal: partnering top talent with a diverse client base. We are formed of 7 brands (3Search, Tenzing Search, FinRox, NearTech Search, Tarka Talent, Edenity, and FIFTEEN West) covering markets including sales, marketing, and consulting across the UK and US.
In 2024, we had our best-ever revenue year, even better than 2022. 2025 has surpassed 2024.

Responsibilities
* Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates
* Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients, proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share
* Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
* Providing thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
* Managing complex negotiations
* Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
* Positively promoting the 11 brand in the market
* Acting as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters
* Supporting the manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values
Qualifications
* Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets
* Successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency with proven results
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates and clients
* High motivation to achieve both personal and team developmental goals
* Aspires to be a thought leader in the sector
* Encourages others to share ideas and values quality feedback
* Strong people skills, giving credit to others for their contributions
* Enjoys the core activity of recruitment
