They are now looking to appoint a committed and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team.
Role Overview
As an HLTA, you will play a key role in enhancing teaching and learning across a range of subjects. Working closely with the class teacher, you will help deliver engaging lessons and provide personalised support to individual pupils and small groups. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the class teacher to plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons.
* Provide focused support for pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
* Support the emotional and social development of pupils.
* Prepare learning resources and assist with monitoring pupil progress.
* Deliver targeted interventions for children with additional needs.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with staff, parents, and carers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
