Job Description: Join our team as an Apprenticeships and Professional Qualifications Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term basis.
Are you passionate about shaping futures and making a real impact through learning?
We’re launching an exciting new venture to support apprenticeships in a more dynamic and community-focused way—and we’re looking for someone to help lead the charge.
As our Apprenticeship & Professional Qualifications Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in embedding and evolving our apprenticeship and qualifications offer. You’ll work closely with colleagues, training providers, and communities to raise the profile of apprenticeships, ensure quality delivery, and support our people in gaining the skills they need to thrive.
This role is all about living our values: recognising that People Matter by putting learners and their development at the heart of everything we do; working as One Team to build a stronger future together; being ready to Own It by taking responsibility for the quality and impact of our programmes; and having the courage to Be Brave —trying new approaches and championing learning in fresh, innovative ways.
If you’re ready to make a difference and help shape the next generation of talent, we’d love to hear from you!
Some things we’re looking for:
Experience in working with and supporting apprenticeships or early careers programmes
Experience of implementing and delivering solutions, including digital learning skills/online material development
Creative and curious and can translate that into suitable, engaging learning activities.
An understanding of different learning theories and styles, with the ability to apply them effectively to learning activities, is essential
Experience in building trust and sound relationships with customers/learners/colleagues
A passion for, or experience in, supporting neurodiversity would be considered desirable
Experience in building trust and sound relationships with customers/learners/colleagues
Flexible to meet the needs of the business, department, or projects, including occasional evening work to support events as required
This role is home-based, with frequent travel to Birmingham Business Park (B37 7YD), Worcester offices (WR5 1DU), and other locations as needed to support apprentices.
Some of the great benefits we can offer you:
Up to 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with the opportunity to buy and sell leave
Family friendly policiesincluding generous Paternity, Maternity, Shared Parental and Adoption leave plus 3 days paid Urgent Domestic Leave
Medicash membership for all employees which includes access to an employee assistanceprogramme, discounted gym membership and exclusive discounts
