This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with strong credit documentation and regulatory knowledge, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse a wide range of credit propositions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
* Prepare facility and security documentation and manage cases through to completion
* Instruct and liaise with external legal advisors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Bankers and external partners
* Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards in line with internal procedures
* Provide guidance and support to team members based on your expertise
* Support the wider team with additional tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required
* Awareness of UK regulatory frameworks, including CCA and MCOB
* Strong understanding of banking systems, processes and controls
* Excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* High level of computer literacy and excellent keyboard skills
