Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Manager to join a well-established accountancy practice in Coventry. While there will be some client delivery responsibilities, the primary focus of the role will be team leadership, workflow management and overseeing client service delivery.
The firm outsources its compliance work, allowing the Client Manager to focus more heavily on client management, team development and operational oversight.
ACA or ACCA qualified
Strong team management and leadership experience
Proven client management and client delivery experience
Salary: £65,000-£70,000 depending on experience
Performance related bonus - likely to be based on client retention & team management
Hybrid working available - up to 2 days working from home
