Responsibilities
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Have strong experience teaching Physics at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Have experience teaching Key Stage 5 Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent classroom practice Have the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire both students and staff Be committed to raising attainment and delivering outstanding outcomes Be an effective team player with strong organisational and communication skills Be reflective and committed to their own professional development In return, the school offers
