As our Brand Ambassador, you are the face of Stressless® and are responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for our customers. Your focus is to create a friendly, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where customers can immerse themselves in a smooth and relaxing brand experience. You are responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building lasting relationships with customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for the daily store operations
· Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
· Demonstrating Stressless® products in a way that highlights the brand values and emphasises the advantages of our range over similar products.
· Using the Stressless@home app to help customers configure their perfect Stressless® furniture.
· Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships (phone, email, post, mailing lists, etc.).
· Completing sales, processing orders, and taking payments using electronic ePOS software.
· Manages customer enquiries, feedback and after-sales matters
· Keeping customers updated about the progress of their orders.
· Working closely with colleagues from the store and head office, communicating effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
· Maintaining the immaculate appearance of store display, assisting in display changes and store merchandising.
· Keeping all store areas tidy and clean. Daily refreshing of store display and spot-cleaning when necessary.
· Other duties as assigned
IDEAL CANDIDATE
· A motivated self-starter who carries out their tasks willingly
· Good communicator, both verbal and written
· Ready to work on a rota pattern that includes weekends
· Constantly working to improve product knowledge and awareness of competitors
· Speaks additional languages – multilingual candidates are highly valued for enhancing customer experience
· Well presented, maintaining a professional image by staying well-groomed and smart
· Experience in high ticket or luxury retail will be an advantage
