Role description and responsibilities include providing day to day account query support via telephone and email to the customer; managing and assisting with all sales order and purchase order processes and documentation to ensure customer expectations are met on time; driving continuous process improvements for customer services and logistics to enhance the overall customer experience; following up delivery discrepancies; updating and administering customer details/changes on internal systems; managing records of consignments for HMRC and internal audits; supporting the sales team by identifying and acting upon new business opportunities with existing customers; developing a comprehensive understanding of the company\'s product and service offering; managing relationships with transport providers for export consignments and reviewing rates and load/product mix; addressing day-to-day transport issues and monitoring transport service levels to meet KPIs; coordinating with the Warehouse to ensure orders are processed within the specified time frame; coordinating dispatch of samples; working with Regulatory Affairs and Operations to resolve customer complaints; and ensuring workflow efficiency across Customer Services and other departments.

Minimum qualifications
* Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Production Planning duties
* Ability to manage Customer Service for mill serving large external customer base and production planning for multi machine mill
* House accounts pricing management within approved guidelines; experience with credit, invoicing and accounts receivables for specific customer base
* Ability to enter customer orders and requirements into Optivision and manage customer feedback processes with corrective actions
* Proactive development of detailed knowledge of served markets, including current trends, issues and order management processes
Responsibilities by area
* Production Planning—Manage daily order execution for "A" items within the designated region; develop and implement master production plans; create and implement daily master production schedules; release orders to production schedule; manage machine scheduling and coordination with mills and customers; provide 24 hour coverage for emergencies; manage off-line converting scheduling and trials; coordinate trials.
* System Management—Maintain production capability data in Optivision; use reports to anticipate planning issues; manage customer file creation/maintenance and article management in Optivision.
* Working Capital—Manage schedule execution to meet working capital goals; evaluate inventory levels and safety stock; disposition of aged inventory and unplanned inventory over-runs; manage ABC classification; ensure inventory availability for short lead times.
