SECURITY OFFICER
Permanent, Full Time, 42 hours per week, 12 hour shifts [4 on, 4 off, 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am]

G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Security Officer on a full-time, permanent basis based in Cheltenham.
You will act as the first point of contact for any emergencies and ensure site safety by patrolling the interior and exterior of the building and carrying out searches on staff members, visitors and vehicles.
Monitor activity on site and in the immediate vicinity of the site.
Operate the switchboard out of hours.
Monitor the effectiveness of the end of day security measures in workspaces.
Carry out monitoring of the alarm systems as required.
Enthusiastic and flexible.
Must be willing to undergo extended security clearance.
Full, clean driving licence preferable but not essential
Hold a current SIA licence, or willingness to be trained (which is essential).
