Community Reception Services are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and committed individual to join their reception team to provide a wide range of administrative and clerical duties.
The post covers a variety of sites, across different working hours and shift patterns; please enquire for details of shift and working patterns. This post is for a Receptionist to cover busy reception desks meeting & greeting patients to the centres and being the main point of call for any building issues.

Main duties
You will provide an accurate, confidential, comprehensive and efficient clerical service to support tenants, ensuring priorities, deadlines and queries are always dealt with correctly and efficiently.
You will work on reception for the building to support all tenants including arriving patients and booking appointments, logging faults, monitoring the car park, making room bookings.

Person Specification
Essential
* Education to GCSE level or equivalent including Mathematics and English
* Must have good level of general education
Desirable
* Customer Service Training
Knowledge, Training & Experience
* Customer care, dealing with challenging behaviour
* Previous 1 year's reception experience or equivalent
* Basic IT skills including Microsoft packages
* Evidence of working in a customer focused environment

* Previous NHS/healthcare experience
* Operate a switchboard/handle patient calls
* General knowledge of a room booking system
