Day Includes
An opportunity to support the development of desirable propositions and marketing communications that drive footfall and sales. You will craft customer‑centric propositions, plan and organise multi‑channel campaigns, and focus on acquisition, retention, and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute events and experiential activities.
* Seek opportunities to build brand presence across multiple channels.
* Develop active marketing strategies and communication programmes aligned with business objectives.
* Manage supplier and agency relationships.
* Support the development and upkeep of company websites.
* Develop, manage and monitor social media forums and activity to generate interest.
* Create internal and external literature to promote the brand.
* Monitor and review sales and marketing campaigns and materials.
* Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
* Provide administrative support to the marketing manager and senior mobile manager.
* Build collaborative working relationships with key partners, both internal and external, to support delivery of shared objectives.
* Manage budgets and accurately account for all spend across the activities you deliver.
* Undertake other tasks as required and within capabilities.
* Act as the voice of customers, inspiring a customer‑first culture across all touchpoints of our O+O platform.
