At Home Instead Wirral recruits Live In Care Professionals to support elderly clients in their own homes across Wirral, Chester and South Liverpool.

Schedule
Live in: 7 days on, 7 days off with a 2‑hour break each day.
Responsibilities
* Provide highest quality person‑centred care.
* Deliver the client’s personalised care plan and health goals.
* Manage client’s medical condition, meals, hygiene and ensure safety.
* Maintain positive relationships with client, family, friends and health professionals.
* Work under support from family and Home Instead team.
Qualifications & Skills
* Professional care experience in the UK: minimum 1 year.
* Reliability, compassion and excellent communication skills.
* Trustworthy, respectful, flexible.
* Ability to build professional friendships and spend time in company of others.
* Passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding service.
* Driving licence and car not essential but helpful; sponsorship not offered.
Location
Wirral, Chester, South Liverpool (home visits).
