An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Electrical Design Manager to join a market-leading consultancy specialising in data centre design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage electrical design across multiple data centre projects in the UK and Europe.
* Oversee power distribution systems, LV/HV networks, UPS, generators, and controls.
* Ensure design excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with all client standards.
* Lead design reviews, risk management, and quality control.
* Mentor engineers and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
* 10+ years electrical design experience in data centres or mission-critical sectors.
* Strong leadership and client engagement skills.
* Chartered Engineer (preferred).
* Excellent understanding of electrical redundancy, resilience, and commissioning standards.
