The pub sits close to both Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum and the history-rich area can be explored with Shepherd Neame’s Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk, which starts and ends at the pub. What You’ll Do Take responsibility for your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to company standards. Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service during busy periods. Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards at all times. Assist with stock control and ordering when required.
