The Role:
* Leading and growing the Real Estate practice in Manchester
* Driving business development and originating new client relationships
* Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters
* Acting for local clients alongside major national and international organisations
* Working collaboratively with partners across the UK and global offices
* Developing junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
* Playing an active role in office strategy and wider firm initiatives
The Candidate:
* Established Real Estate Partner or Senior Legal Director
* Strong track record in business development and client origination
* Well connected and commercially aware, with the ability to grow a practice
* Experience advising on complex commercial property matters
* Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build and lead
* Collaborative approach aligned with a modern, people‑first culture
* Comfortable working across both local and international mandates
* Passion for developing teams and mentoring talent
