Job Information
Title: Functional Assessor. Salary: £40,000 per year. Employment type: Permanent, Full-Time, Hybrid (Redhill). Working days: Monday‑Friday.
Applicants must live within a 90‑minute commute of Redhill with a minimum of 3 days on site.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conducting structured telephone, video or face‑to‑face assessments
* Exploring how a claimant's condition impacts their daily living
* Reviewing and interpreting clinical evidence
* Producing detailed, high‑quality written reports
* Applying professional judgement in line with regulatory standards
* Working towards quality and productivity targets
* Delivering assessments in a respectful, fair and reassuring manner

Essential Requirements
* Registered healthcare professional with recognised qualification
* Current NMC or HCPC registration (membership with relevant professional body where applicable)
* Minimum 12 months' post‑qualification clinical experience
* Eligibility to practise in the UK
