A growing and people-focused engineering and manufacturing business in Bridlington is looking to appoint an HR Learning and Development Specialist to join its team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people development and is looking to build a long-term career within Learning & Development, whilst still bringing broader HR understanding into the role. This could suit someone already working within L&D, or equally an HR Generalist / HR Coordinator who has strong people development exposure and is now looking to specialise further within Learning & Development. Working closely with the Head of HR and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping learning and development initiatives across the organisation, supporting everything from onboarding and apprenticeships through to leadership development, early careers, and wider people capability projects. This is a visible, hands-on role within a fast-paced operational environment, so it needs someone who can quickly build credibility, form strong relationships across the business, positively challenge managers where needed, and bring energy, initiative, and a practical approach.
