Job Title:Supervisor

Job purpose and scope:
* The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and smooth operation of the site. They ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, oversee health and safety compliance, and manage staff to maintain high standards in all areas of operation.
Key Areas of Personal Responsibility and Accountability
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the site, ensuring it operates efficiently.Open and close the facility as required, ensuring all systems and security protocols are followed.Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting faults promptly and arranging repairs.Manage the allocation of resources to meet customer demand and ensure smooth operations during peak times.
* Conduct regular briefings to ensure staff are informed about operational priorities and updates.
* Provide coaching and guidance to team members, assisting with training and development.
* Ensure all customers receive excellent service, addressing complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
* Promote facility programs and services to maximize participation and revenue.
* Handle bookings, memberships, and inquiries professionally.
Other Responsibilities/Deputising Requirements
* Monitor daily financial operations, including cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
* To observe hygiene rules and regulations.
* To be flexible and available to work as per Company requirements.
* Assist in meeting financial targets by promoting additional services and controlling expenses.
* Oversee the setup and delivery of special events, functions and private bookings.
