About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Workday Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and operating the system of delivery across our Workday product suite.
Our Workday platform underpins critical employee and business processes across the organisation — including Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence — forming a central part of the operational heartbeat of the business.
In this role, you will drive a scalable, efficient, and product-led approach to delivery. You’ll work across HR, Technology, Payroll, Reward, and wider business teams to remove systemic blockers, improve flow, and enable high-performing product teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to support our ongoing transformation to a product-led operating model, while helping to evolve the future of Workday delivery including the integration of AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
·Design, implement, and continuously improve the Workday delivery model to optimise idea-to-value flow
·Enable and coach teams in Agile best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
·Maintain and drive delivery plans across the Workday product suite
·Introduce and track flow metrics and performance indicators to measure delivery effectiveness
·Identify, manage, and remove systemic impediments and delivery blockers
·Partner closely with the Workday Lead and Technical Architect to shape and future-proof the roadmap
·Provide clear, timely delivery reporting, status updates, risks, and dependency management
·Build strong relationships with product, solution, and business stakeholders
·Support alignment with organisational delivery standards and governance
·Champion and contribute to the wider Agile transformation journey
