Overview
Based within the Older Adults CMHT/Memory Team at Crossgate House, the post holder will be responsible for the line management of the admin team in the delivery of admin provision to the service. The post holder will work closely with the team manager to ensure admin provision is effective in supporting the service needs and delivery against performance targets.
Responsibilities
* Line management of 8 admin staff based within the Trafford Older Adults CMHT and Trafford Memory Service.
* Devise, implement and monitor admin systems to maximise efficiency of time and resources.
* Oversee all DQ target processes and produce weekly performance reports to the senior management team.
* Ensure the admin provision provided to the clinical teams works to a high standard with attention to detail.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in line management of an admin team and experience in implementing admin systems. The Trust mandates all post holders to undergo satisfactory pre-employment checks. DBS requirements apply for the role.
