Are you ready to take ownership of our Midlands region - one of Green Motion’s most significant UK markets?
We’re looking for a strategic and sales operations leader to power our B2B and leisure growth whilst support our talented teams across multiple channels.
As Director of Sales Operations for the Midlands, you’ll focus on optimising sales processes, scaling performance, and championing operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Your leadership will define Green Motion’s impact in the region, fuel revenue growth, and ensure our clients receive a first-class experience as our business continues to expand.
YOUR ROLE AT GREEN MOTION
* Strategic Operations Leadership: Shape and deliver operational strategies to streamline sales activities, drive revenue, and grow market share in the Midlands.
* Team Leadership: Oversee and empower a team across SME, Key Account Management, Replacement, Travel Agency Sales, and Inside Sales.
* Sales Enablement: Drive the tools, data, and best practices that enable new business generation, deepen existing relationships, and ensure sustainable performance.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Pricing & Yield, Marketing, and HQ colleagues to ensure strategy, execution, and targets are perfectly aligned.
* Regional Representation: Represent Green Motion at local trade events, industry functions, and client meetings - be the face of operational excellence for the Midlands sales team.
* Data & Performance Management: Own KPIs, forecasting, and sales analytics to deliver data-based decisions and foster a culture of accountability.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
* Proven Sales Operations Leadership: Strong B2B sales or sales operations experience, with a history of boosting growth and efficiency for performance-driven teams.
* Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Skilled at turning insights into process improvement and actionable operational plans.
* Inspirational Leader: Hands-on, energetic, and passionate about coaching teams to success.
* Commercial & Client Focus: Excellent commercial instincts and an unwavering commitment to creating value for clients and partners.
* Collaborative Communicator: Adept at building partnerships across teams, regions, and cultures.
* Tech & Data-Oriented: Confident with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and able to navigate performance data and reporting.
