Working in the field service team, you will be providing professional and efficient service of Air compressors & ancillary Equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing routine and emergency maintenance on a wide range of compressed air equipment.
* Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and ensuring a first‑time fix for all but the unfixable equipment issues.
* Servicing customer equipment to the highest possible standard.
* Supporting field sales and technical support with knowledge of customer installations, equipment history, and any faults or issues as they arise.
* Using digital diagnostic tools to identify and rectify electrical and software‑based faults.
* Delivering accurate reporting of activities performed to the service admin and planning team, to ensure customers receive the most accurate and useful information.
* As part of a on‑call rota, responding in a timely manner to emergency callouts for critical customers.
* Handing sales leads across to the sales team to support new equipment sales.
* Keeping a clean and professional image whilst representing the business – vehicle, attire, working environment, customer equipment.
* To be aware of and apply Health and Safety regulations and engineering best practices whilst working.

* A sound mechanical understanding, through qualification or equivalent experience, of at least one of the following technologies:
o Air/gas compressors
o Air/gas purification or distribution systems
o Air or fluid pumps, blowers or chillers
o Electrical diagnostics and wiring on industrial PLCs
o Refrigerant or desiccant dryer systems
* PC‑literate.
* A problem‑solving nature, with a hands‑on approach.
* A can‑do attitude balanced with an appreciation for safety.
* The ability to develop strong relationships and exceed customer expectations.
* A growth mindset – always willing to learn and challenge the status quo.
* Organised – has the ability to manage own workload and submit job data on a weekly basis.
* A full UK driving licence, preferred clean (no endorsements, points or penalties)
