Pro Staff Construction Ltd is currently working with a growing company based in Swansea, that are looking to hire a Human Resources Officer. You’ll manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment
• Complete vetting, Right-to-Work checks, qualifications and onboarding
• Provide HR support to all departments
• Assist with ER cases, absence management and performance issues
• Maintain HR records and employee data within Breathe HR
• Coordinate training, certifications, medicals and the company training matrix
• Support payroll accuracy and employee queries
• Prepare HR reports, KPIs and support audits
About You
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards)
• 3 years+ experience in HR
• Confident handling ER matters and recruitment processes
