Randstad C&P is working with an established and growing FM company seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their regional team. This is a mobile role covering commercial sites across Leeds up to Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings.
* Fault finding, testing, inspection, and electrical repairs on lighting, power, emergency systems, and distribution boards.
* Support with mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general building fabric maintenance, including doors, basic plumbing, tiling, and patch repairs.
* Complete service and maintenance documentation accurately and promptly.
* Ensure all work is carried out safely, adhering to health & safety guidelines.
* Liaise with site contacts and represent the company professionally.
* Participate in the on-call rota.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong multi-skilled background with a core strength in electrical systems.
* City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (any edition); further qualifications can be supported.
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Building Services preferred.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in one role; stable work history essential.
* Experience working in commercial environments (offices, retail, hospitality, public buildings).
* Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
* Must pass a DBS check prior to employment.
* Full UK driving licence required.
