Description The Senior HR Officer will: Manage and oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. Support Deputy Head of HR and Head of HR on a variety of upcoming improvement projects. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems. Management of an HR Officer, proving guidance and supporting their further development. Coordinate training and development programmes for staff members. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.Profile A successful Senior HR Officer should have: Proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
