We're searching for passionate New Business Telesales Executives to become an integral part of our B2B sales team based in Leicester City Centre, just 5 minutes walk from the train station. Your primary mission will be to connect with potential clients, understand their energy needs, and provide tailored solutions that deliver real value.
Key Responsibilities
* Initiate outbound calls to prospective business clients with the primary goal of introducing our services to meet their needs
1. Proactively identify and cultivate leads utilising data provided by the business, in addition to developing a network of prospective clients
2. Identify customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning, and promote suitable energy solutions that align with their requirements, ultimately providing them with valuable recommendations and insights
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by engaging in effective communication that fosters trust and openness, ensuring that their concerns and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally
