Key responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.
2. Support the education and development of your assigned children through high-quality teaching and learning.
3. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met consistently.
Candidate requirements:
* Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
* Enhanced DBS check (costs covered)
* Open, honest, and compassionate attitude
* Passionate about early years and working with children
