With a Shift pattern of Monday to Friday working 08:00 till 16:00 and a salary of £26,280.07 The position holder will be supporting operational administration for multiple sites. Continuously look to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in the Admin function – taking into consideration remote working. Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, escalating any concerns to your line manager at the earliest opportunity. Ensure all Training paperwork from sites is processed correctly and efficiently. Be prepared to help work demands where needed, including adhoc duties when required. Process monthly payroll for Employed staff and weekly payroll for Agency members. Sign in and greet people at reception Key Skills And Experience Good communication skills Computer literate – Microsoft Applications and TEAMs. Previous admin experience is an advantage. Ability to withstand pressure and work to tight deadlines. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Attention to detail. Good organisational skills.
