I'm currently working with Slough Children First to recruit Social Workers and Senior Social Workers into their Assessment & Intervention Team. Pay Rate Up to £40.80 per hour (DOE) Working Arrangement Hybrid working Minimum 3 days per week in the office The Role Working within the front door service, you will: Undertake assessments of children and families Complete outcome-focused plans based on risk and need Build effective relationships with children, young people and families Work within multi-agency settings to safeguard and support families Key Requirements Social Work England registered Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience Strong experience in: Child & family assessments Risk assessment and intervention planning Multi-agency working Writing high-quality reports and court work (desirable) Why Slough Children First?
