Bookkeeper

Role Overview
* Provide essential bookkeeping support to a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from start‑ups to established local businesses.
* Process bookkeeping entries, reconcile bank accounts, manage purchase and sales ledgers, and prepare VAT returns.
* Assist clients with cloud accounting software, primarily Xero or QuickBooks.
* Work closely with colleagues to deliver accurate financial information and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
* Practical bookkeeping experience gained within an accountancy practice.
* Strong working knowledge of cloud accounting systems, especially Xero or QuickBooks.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
* Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
