Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate to manage a small team of junior associates and act as the bridge between clients, our internal editing team, and content delivery. This is a client-facing, project-management-heavy role with opportunities to also be hands-on in shoots and light editing when required.
The ideal candidate has a Big 4 accountancy or top-tier management consulting background. * Run the team through our client guide to ensure client accounts and priorities are always up to date.
* Oversee the video production pipeline – ensuring edits are delivered on time to clients.
* Communicate directly with clients, sharing deliverables, gathering feedback, and coordinating revisions with the editing team.
* Prepare for shoots: book filming days, coordinate logistics, and send camera operators/crew as required.
* Occasionally attend shoots and assist with filming.
* Support with light editing when needed (basic revisions, small fixes).
* Contribute to other ad-hoc projects and responsibilities that arise in a fast-moving startup environment.
Requirements
* Experience in accountancy, consulting, or similar client-facing professional services role (Big 4 or top consulting firm experience highly valued).
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Familiarity with video production and editing workflows is a plus (but not required).
* Comfortable working in a startup – adaptable, proactive, and hands-on.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary and rapid growth opportunities within a scaling creative startup.
* Exposure to global brands and high-profile clients.
* Dynamic, creative, and collaborative work environment.
* The chance to break free from corporate and apply your skills where they’ll make an immediate impact.
