Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced baker to join our team. As a baker at Street Lane Bakery, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
* Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
* Experimenting with new recipes and seasonal specials
* Ensuring cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations
* Collaborating with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment
* Ensure all baked goods meet high:quality standards
Requirements
* Proven experience as a baker in a craft or artisan bakery
* Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients
* Passion for creating high:quality, delicious products
* Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
* Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed
