Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 – 17:00

About the role
Our client is a leading electronics products manufacturer experiencing rapid growth. They are seeking a Production Planner to support the increased workload. The role will liaise with multiple departments to ensure timeframes and customer expectations are met.
Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer delivery deadlines and internal manufacturing capacity
* Ensure all products are manufactured and dispatched on time by planning and coordinating production activities effectively
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure alignment across departments
* Review incoming orders and provide accurate, achievable delivery dates
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to support uninterrupted production
* Identify potential production bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to maintain workflow efficiency
* Generate and analyse production reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and improving product quality
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Experience working in a regulated or structured environment
* Ability to collaborate with technical and administrative teams
* Background in process improvement
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
* Familiarity with planning or production systems (ERP or similar) is a bonus
