Sales Development Representative

Acre is rebuilding the UK’s £1.4 trillion mortgage market from the ground up, with a completely new, end‑to‑end management system for mortgages. Our platform removes the unnecessary admin, pain and friction from buying a home. We cover the entire journey, from figuring out what you can borrow, to getting your keys. Our approach is guided by the voice of real home buyers and by our close relationships with brokers, lenders and insurers.

Over the past year, mortgage submissions through our platform have grown by 200%. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to support Acre’s growth, continue our momentum, and help change the way people buy homes.


The role

This role is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales or seeking part‑time flexibility to join a fintech start‑up with an exciting, sales‑ready product.


Your responsibilities

* Proactively source new mortgage advice firms by outbound calling and manage relationships with our corporate partners.
* Generate qualified leads for the Sales team and work with the team to drive continuous engagement through contract stage and go‑live.
* Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM platform, clearly communicating progress to Sales Management.
* Ensure a positive premium experience of Acre for all prospects you interact with in both face‑to‑face and digital engagements.
* Support broader sales and marketing activity, including events, and work with the Sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the UK mortgage industry.


Who you will be

* Highly self‑motivated with a strong desire to achieve.
* Independent, able to manage time effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, able to build relationships.
* Understanding of the UK mortgage industry.
* Ideally experienced with working directly with or adjacent to financial intermediaries.
* Able to execute against an agreed sales process.
