The role:
* Proactively follow up on sales leads
* Assess customer needs and provide product information
* Accurately enter and manage customer orders
* Coordinate with logistics to schedule and ensure timely deliveries
* Ensure delivery schedules are met and communicate delays or changes
* Handle order modifications or cancellations
* Provide excellent customer service
What You'll Bring:
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build strong customer relationships
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident in using MS Office packages
