Service Care Solutions is working with a well-regarded local authority, based in Norfolk, which is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to provide support on a part-time basis. This role is required due to continued high demand across their legal services team. Role: Litigation Lawyer Location: Local Authority in Norfolk - REMOTE Hours: 3 days per week Umbrella Rate: £50-£55ph PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.06-£48.41ph Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of general civil and commercial dispute resolution matters. Assist with more specialist areas of litigation (outlined below) when required: Recovery of care fees Disputed commercial property matters Insolvency-related work Key Requirements: Be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with a current practicing certificate in England and Wales. 3 or more years of PQE in civil and commercial dispute resolution matters. Experience in the recovery of care fees, disputed areas of commercial property and insolvency would be advantageous. Must be authorised to conduct litigation. Benefits: Remote working. Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance. Flexible hours – 3 days per week.
