What's Involved? Manage M&A Tax Projects : Oversee mergers and acquisitions tax projects in line with our firm's procedures and client agreements, including managing costs and billing processes. Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships, and addressing client and internal team inquiries promptly. Lead Due Diligence : Direct due diligence efforts on corporate tax matters, coordinating with various specialist teams to deliver comprehensive tax due diligence reports. Tax Structuring Advice : Provide strategic tax structuring advice before and after transactions to deliver tax-efficient solutions to clients. Business Development : Assist in the preparation of proposals and participate in presentations to prospective clients, with a focus on expanding business in the private equity sector. Technical Expertise : Maintain a high level of technical proficiency by engaging in continuous professional development through reading, coursework, and fulfilling CPD requirements. People Management : Act as a mentor and coach for junior staff, guiding them through training and career development, and providing regular feedback and evaluations.
