On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Roofer to carry out reactive maintenance and roofing repairs on social housing properties across Rochdale. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to join a well-established team delivering essential maintenance services.
Roofer Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (Essential)
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous roofing experience, ideally within social housing or property maintenance
Comfortable working at height and fully compliant with Health & Safety regulations
Roofer Key Responsibilities:
Delivering reactive roofing repairs across a portfolio of social housing properties
Working both independently and alongside other trades to complete repairs to a high standard
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety procedures
Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas to a professional standard
