Company description: Following a busy and successful year, the team are looking to appoint a Managing Associate to help sustain momentum and further accelerate our growth.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, while also working closely with partners on major, high-value transactions. If you have already begun to develop a specialism within commercial property, we will actively support you in deepening your expertise and building your profile in that area. At the same time, you will maintain a varied workload, ensuring both breadth of experience and flexibility within the team.
Job description: The team provides expert advice on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters, property management, and sales and acquisitions for some of the firms most significant clients. Our work spans high-profile office, retail, leisure, development, and regeneration projects across the UK, offering exposure to some of the most exciting and complex schemes in the market.
Management of large-scale projects involving the roll-out of leases or easements, utilising the latest legal technology and working closely with our Paralegal division and junior team members.
Required profile: UK qualified lawyer with 5 years PQE + experience within commercial property and real estate matters.
Be a confident stakeholder manager, with evidenced experience of engaging with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
Be inquisitive and want to understand our clients, their drivers and what matters to them, so that your advice has quality, imagination, and impact.
