As we continue to grow our presence across the UK and beyond, we’re seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy at Holland House Hotel & Spa – part of the Sunday Hotels collection. Set in the heart of vibrant Cardiff, this 165-room, 4-star hotel is one of the city’s most iconic luxury destinations, renowned for its award-winning spa, 15-metre heated swimming pool, modern fitness center, and extensive conferencing and banqueting spaces. With capacity for up to 700 guests, it’s a favorite for corporate events, weddings, and high-profile gatherings.

Your Role
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be at the helm of strategy and execution across corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments—crafting partnerships that go beyond bookings and building a high-performing team that thrives on success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to grow revenue across accommodation, meetings, and events.
* Proactively identify, approach, and convert new corporate accounts, TMCs, consortia, and event organizers.
* Leverage existing client network to bring immediate business opportunities to the hotel.
* Maintain close relationships with key corporate partners and local business networks.
* Collaborate with PRISM’s central sales and revenue teams to align with rate strategies and brand goals.
* Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site visits to showcase the property.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and local business forums.
* Manage RFP processes and ensure inclusion in preferred corporate programs.
* Report on sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue pipelines to senior management.
* Ensure all client and lead data is accurately recorded in CRM systems.
Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in in corporate segments.
* Existing corporate client and agent network (essential).
* Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, RFPs, and TMC relationships.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Familiarity with Bristol and South West corporate market preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), and GDS knowledge beneficial.
