This role is for those passionate about haircare. Qualifications
About you
While formal qualifications in haircare are not mandatory, we are committed to your development to fill any gaps. You should have:
* Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail setting
* Ability to demonstrate products and services using advanced technology
* Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, analyzing sales, and staff scheduling
* Experience in retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
* Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
* Experience in creating and executing in-store events
* Flexible availability across days and hours, with a discussion of your availability with the hiring manager
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Proof of right to work and reside in the country
